Exchange

In case you wish to exchange a product, please find the guidelines given below:

  • You can exchange the product within 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have gone by since the receipt of your order, we cannot offer you an exchange unfortunately.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, the product is must be in its original condition (unused) along with the invoice, price tag, packaging and the product fold has to be intact.
  • Customers can raise exchange request by sending an email to info@shreemsilks.com or WhatsApp on +91-9611651409 along with the order details and reason for exchange.
  • We will analyse the request and approve the same, once approved the product has to be packed and shipped (at your expense) to the below address:

  • We will dispatch the exchange product after we receive and accept the original product.
  • Shipping would be charged for exchanges on actuals and the same has to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery of exchange product.
  • Exchange can be done only once.
  • All products bought during OFFER or at SALE/DEAL PRICE are not eligible for Exchange.
  • We do not accept exchange/returns for orders outside India.

Return

Products can be returned only in the following two circumstances:

  • You received a completely different product from the one you ordered.
  • You received a product that is defective or damaged.

If there is any return claim due to damage to the product, the customer must send us a video proof of unpacking the package and the product. Unless such a video is shared within 2 days of receiving the package, we will not entertain any return requests on the grounds of “damage to the product on arrival.” The return claim and the video must be sent to info@shreemsilks.com or WhatsApp on +91-9611651409

The product must be returned in its original condition (unused) along with the invoice, price tag, and packaging. The product fold has to be intact. If any of the required criteria is not met, we will not consider the return request. Cost of shipping of returned products will have to be borne by the customer.

Refund

  • Once the return request is approved the amount would be credited back to the same payment through which the order was paid. The refund might take 7 to 10 working days to credit from date of initiation.
  • If the customer had opted for COD, then the COD charge is non-refundable.

Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to hold or refuse order processing due to a lack of stock availability, product information correction, price review, or any such matters where we feel such decisions are required. The customers are informed accordingly.
  • For any paid order cancellations done by the customer, a “4% PAYMENT GATEWAY” charge will be levied and has to be borne by the customer.
